Wiggle Worms is a 45 minute, somebody who loves me and me class that is designed to help your little one with basic movements and coordination. It is a great class for early socialization as well. We will use lots of props throughout the course such as, hula hops, trampolines, balance beams, large exercise balls, teddy bears, parachute, and more!! Each class will end with a small craft for the kids to take home!! 

1 adult per wiggle worm is allowed in the studio.
